I served as an eCommerce Coordinator within the "Site Marketing" team, overseeing digital marketing strategies and collaborating closely with various teams including Product, Email, UX, SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, and Merchandising. I programmed website elements, managed navigation changes, created and simplified documents for promotional testing, generated analytical reports, designed visuals for metrics analysis, supervised asset deadlines, and ensured accuracy and design consistency across various site assets.
eCommerce Coordinator Experience
Served as an eCommerce Coordinator on the “Site Marketing” team that managed digital marketing strategy and worked closely with Product, Email, UX, SEO, Paid Media, Social Media and Merchandising teams.
Programmed website assets that included widgets, buzz screens, landing page images, tower ads and category banners (department & category), implemented navigation changes via CMS system.
Responsibilities included creating, analyzing & simplifying documents related to weekly and monthly promo testing as well as creating analytical reports by utilizing SiteCatalyst.
Created visuals to clearly display metrics analysis for weekly and monthly metrics.
Managed deadlines for proofing homepage assets, content pages, coupons and navigation changes. Once all changes were requested from the team, worked with graphic designers to ensure all changes were made and all assets were ready to be programmed in the CMS.
Responsible for proofing weekly ads against the homepage every week and proofing for accuracy and that consistency was maintained.
Made initial corrections to the creative brief as needed and notified the team of urgent changes.
